Tax season without the panic.

Krystal G., Enrolled Agent — 25+ years of tax experience. Federally licensed to represent you before the IRS.

Not a seasonal preparer. An Enrolled Agent.

Enrolled Agent is the highest credential the IRS awards. It means I'm federally licensed with unlimited practice rights — I can prepare your return and stand between you and the IRS in all 50 states. Audits, notices, collections, all of it.

I've spent more than 25 years in tax. My clients don't scramble every April. We build a simple system once, and filing becomes the easy part.

What I handle

Individual Tax Preparation — accurate returns for W-2 earners, families, and retirees. No missed credits.

Self-Employed & Small Business Returns — Schedule C, 1099 income, and small business filings done right the first time.

Tax Planning & Strategy — the money is saved before December 31, not in April. We plan ahead so there are no surprises.

IRS Representation & Resolution — got a notice? Behind on filings? I deal with the IRS so you don't have to.

Three steps. That's it.

1. Send your documents securely. You get a simple checklist so nothing is missed. No email attachments — documents move through a secure link only.2. I prepare and review your return. This is where 25 years pays off: I look for what other preparers miss.3. You review and sign digitally. Filed. Done. You get a copy for your records.

Common questions.

  • What's the difference between a tax preparer and an Enrolled Agent?

  • Anyone can call themselves a tax preparer. An Enrolled Agent is federally licensed by the IRS with unlimited practice rights — I can represent you in an audit, notice, or collections matter in all 50 states. Most preparers can't.

  • I got a notice from the IRS. What do I do?

  • Don't ignore it and don't panic. Send it to me — most notices have a response window, and early action gives us more options.

  • When should I file an extension?

  • If your documents aren't ready by the deadline, an extension buys you time to file — but it doesn't extend time to pay. We'll estimate what's owed so you avoid penalties either way.

  • I'm self-employed. Do I need to pay quarterly estimated taxes?

  • If you expect to owe $1,000+ for the year, generally yes. We'll set up a simple quarterly schedule so April isn't a surprise.

  • Is my information safe?

  • Yes. Documents move through a secure link only — never email attachments — and nothing is shared without your consent.

  • Do you work with clients outside Alabama?

  • Yes — as an Enrolled Agent I can represent clients in all 50 states, and most of the process happens remotely regardless of where you're located.
